An unusual blend of Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Teroldego,
“quadratorosso” undergoes malolactic fermentation in oak,
creating this wine’s signature round tannins and silky mouthfeel.
Deep crimson in colour with violet hues, on the nose fresh
red fruits dominate complemented by intense oriental spice
and subtle floral notes of rose petals and violet.
The palate is fruit forward and concentrated,
and the exceptional finish is a hallmark of the wine.

With a purple hue, this Teroldego based wine
has an aroma of dark fruit layered with smoke and earth.
The presence of Syrah adds a delicate touch of spiciness.
The palate is charming with freshness and liveliness,
balanced by just the right amount of cleansing bitterness
for a pleasant ending.

The label of iToscani is inspired by Oliviero’s late father Fedele Toscani, and his agency’s Rotofoto logo - and moreover it is the first official job of Massimo Vignelli. Rotofoto, a photo agency that mainly collaborated with the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, was founded in 1946, and is seen as the beginning of everything the Toscani family has created after. The logo’s brick red colour not only represents the red soils of our vineyards, but inspires us to think of the ruby red hue our wine creates on the rim of the glass. The elegant round circles signify the complex structure yet finesse of the wine, and the play between the contrasting white and red colours stands for the intensity and light(ness), while simultaneously impersonating the perfect symbiosis between the Syrah and Teroldego grapes from which the wine is made.
